RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM AARP TAX-AIDE
WHEREAS, AARP Tax-Aide has donated $200 to Falcon Heights for the general upkeep of the Council
Chambers; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or
personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the goveming body.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, that the donation of the $200 is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights sincerely thanks AARP Taxaide for the
donation.
ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on June 10,2026.
