RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEGAN SIDDONS TO THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATryE
AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR FOR TTIE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, on May 22,2026, the position of Administrative and Communications Coordinator became
vacant after a resignation;
WHEREAS, thereafter the position was posted, and candidates were interviewed by the City
Administrator and Staff;
WHEREAS, the position was offered and accepted by Megan Siddons;
WHEREAS, Megan Siddons has a start date to be mutually determined;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1. Appoint Megan Siddons to the position of Administrative and Communications Coordinator, and
2. Authorize compensation based on Grade 2, Step 3 of the 2026 Pay Plan for $34.40 per hour /
571,552 annually
