REGULAR MEETING, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 1949

The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p• m. by George Shavor, pre-
siding.
Request for John Daubney, Attorney, 1550 d.. .iarpenteur, presented
Rezoning plan for ten apartment building, and Mr. Graham advised
in his opinion no action should be taken on the request
until the Restraining Order was dissolved. The Clerk
was directed to file the petition.
Geo. Shavor read a letter from the vague of Minnesota
Municipalities, dated October 21, acrd it was requested
that same be laid over until our next regular meeting,
November 8.

E• B. Rowley read a letter received from the Minnesota
Fire Enuipment Co •, dated October 20, irr which it was
requested that they be adicised the price paid for the
hose Dryer and Siren which it was advised be purchased
from ;Veber & Troseth Co. Liridig moved and Rysgaard
seconded that said letter be answered. Motion carried.
Bus Situation Mr• Lodahl reported that in talking to the T-win Cities
Lines, they stated ths,y are very much in favor of
running over Pascal and no other street. ~ '
Mr. O'Reilly, 1803 No. Pascal, Mrs. Loague, 1759 ~No.
Pascal, IvTr.Maher, 1520 Rose lawn, ~vere present and the
matter of bus service was discussed with the Council
orr the proposed rerouting of buses. Geo. Shavor re-
ported that a petition should be circulated ar~d sub-
mitted to the Council at our next regular meeting
IVOVe~aber 8, 1949, for consideration.
Vater for Harry Aru~erson re ported that Mayor De 7.aney was goin
Fire Station to take the matter up with the City Council of St . ~aul
and arrange an informal meeting regarding this matter.
Village Hall John Rysgaard reported thatwork had progressed up to
Progress the second floor level.
Dump Geo. Shavor reported he had been in touch with the
Village of Roseville and expected to report further
at the next meeting.
Street Light R. VanHoven reported that he would like to see a
at Holton street light at the Horner of Bolton and Iarpenteur.
