INFORMAL SPECIAL MEETING, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 1949

The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p• m.
Stepnitz This meeting was called to discuss the Stepnitz
petition petitions Mr. Stepnitz and Mr. Bouthilet being
present .
Mayor Matteson said the Council -r~ould like to
see land in question deve loped and asked for
information. lair . Bouthilet said that the FHA
extension of time would run out December 8, 1949
and. ~-ould not approve loan for duplexes .
Matteson mentioned to bir• Stepnitz the fact that
in the event of rezoning, brick veneer be used
and suggested he , Mr • Stepnitz , talk ~~ith the
architect and see us before h~e spends any money
on suggested plan.
D~~ait-tat~~ As to drainage, the Couneil did not want to enter
into it, and he, Mr. Stepnitz, would have to fix
it , arranging t o furnish a 11 labor and mat a ria 1
and take care of all the cost. A hearing ryas
set for Tuesday, November 22, 1949 at 9:00 p. m.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 p. m.
