SPECIAL MEETING, SUNDAY, JULY 2, 1950

Meeting called to order at 11 pm., for the purpose of deciding on what
type of emergency light plant of 1,500 watts capacity would best servo the needs
of our Fire Department. Stan Seaborn, of the Fire Protection committee, end Fire
Chief Swanson were present.
The question of securing an AC or DC unit was discussed. Fire Departments,
including Minneapolis, White Bear Lake and West St Paul, were contacted by phone.
All reported they had AC plants. It was deoided to develop further .information before
authorising purchase.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 1:30 pm.
