RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MIKE TRACY TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission shall be the municipal planning agency authorized by
Minnesota Statutes S 462.354, subd.1; and.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council on all
policy matters relating to City planning, zoning, and land use;
WHEREAS, Commissioners may serve a total of two 3-year terms consecutively on a City
commission; and
WHEREAS, Mike Tracy was originally appointed to the Planning Commission on September
13,2023; arrd
WHEREAS, Mike Tracy has expressed interest in serving his second 3-year term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1. That the reappointunent of Mike Tracy to the Falcon Heights Planning Commission is
approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights.
