SPECIAL MEETING, SATURDAY, NOY. 18, 1950

Meeting called to order at 5:00 P.M.
Public Hearing, The clerk presented a petition and map from Snelling Manor, Inc.,
Stepnitz re- Center Manor, Inc., Idaho Manor,Inc., and W.F. Stepnitz, requesting
zoning rezoning from Residence District "A" to Residence' District "C" that
part of the N6Py of the Nir 4 of the NII 4 of Section 22, Tovgnship 29,
Range 23, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 359.5 ft. East
of the West line and 409.5 ft. South of the North line of the afore-
said described fraction of Sec. 22, thence South and parallel to the
West line a distance of 99.67 feet, thence West a distance of 44 feet
thence south a distance of 120 feet, thence West a distance oP 27
feet, thence North a distance of 219.67 feet, thence East a distance
of 71 feet to point of beginning.
After discussion, Henry moved that the petition and map be accepted
and that a public hearing be held at 7:30 P.I+d., November 30, 1950,
at the Village Hall, 1644 West Larpenteur, on the petition of said
owners for rezoning of the property described therein. Seconded
by Rekstad and earri ed unanimously.
