Meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing
the propQS~d municipal liquor store legislation, Mr. Lynn Matteson and Mr.
William Torgerson, of Falcon Heights legislative committee, being present.
Resolution After di scussion, the~~following resolution was moved by
re Municipal Shavor, seconded by Rekstad, and adopted by a unanimous
Liquor store. vote:
Be it RESOLVED by the Village Council, Pillage of Faloon
Heights, of the County oP Ramsey, State of Minnesota,
that no municipal liquor store be established in the
Village of Falcon Heig~s until this question is submitted
to the voters aP said Village at a regular or aped al
election called for this purpose; and be it ftirther
RESOLVED that a municipal liquor store may be established
only iP approved by a 60 per cent vote oP those voting
at said regular or sp ecial ele ction.
