Sterner in behalf of her to use Hall daughter for use of the Pillage Hall, the evening of June 8, 1951, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, for a social party for about 30 high school classmates. Shavor moved that the hall be rented for this occasion at a rental of $10.00 with the under- standing that the hall be swept out after using. Seconded by Stewart and motion,earried. Ad3ournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 B.M., May 24, 1951. Approved: erk Mayor INFORMAL HEFTING, May 28, 1951 The meeting was called to order at 7:55 PM for the purpose oP an informal discussion of the proposed street plan for the area bounded by Fairview, Cleveland, Larpenteur and Roselawn Avenues. All members of the Council were present except Trustee Lindig. Also about 25 of those receiving written notice of the meeting were present. Attorney Graham explained statutory powers of the Pillage as to adopting a street plan. Mr. C. K. Otis, represent- ing the Planning Commission, spoke on the proposed plan. The meeting waa then opened for infor mal discussion. It waa agreed to have the Planning Commission revise the proposed plan along lines discussed, and to submit the revised plan at another informal meeting to be arranged at a later date.
