AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2
OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE
CONCERNING BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS ORDAINS
SECTION I. Chapter 2, Article VI, Sec. 2-ll9 of the Falcon Heights City Code is amended to
read as follows (Deletions are shown with a strikethrough, Additions are underlined):
Section 2-l19 - Community engagement commission
The community engagement commission shall serve in an advisory capacity to the city council
regarding the effective, meaningful and equal involvement of Falcon Heights residents in their
community.

The mission of the community engagement commission is to promote community led,
collaborative efforts to develop a diverse network of sunoort. encouraqe civic narticioation. and
foster an inclusive environment.
SECTION II. Effective Date: This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted this 28th day of October 2026, by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota.
