SPECIAL MEETING, SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1952
Present: George J. Shavor, Acting Mayor
Arthur A. Lindig, Trustee
Clarence Rekstad, Trustee
Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk
Ralph Van Hoven, Treasurer
Absent: H. L. Renry, Mayor
Frank N. Graham, Attorney
Meeting called to order at 1:15 P.M.
The clerk presented final proof, with correotions, showing the
Financial Village Financial Statement for the year ended December 31, 1951.
Statement After the statement had been noted carefully and discussed, Rekstad
moved, seconded by Shavor, th at the Council accept and approve said
Village Financial Statement, that the clerk retain a copy for public
inspection, together with copy of the Treasurer's report, and that
the clerk be authorized to have the statement published in The Rose
Tribune of February 28, 1952, if the cost of such publication does
not exceed 65.00, also that he be requested to order 50 extra copies
of said statement. Motion carried unanimously.

REGULAR MEETING, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1952
Due to a special meeting of Civilian Defense to be held in the
Village Hall the evening of February 26, 1952, the regular meeting of the Council
was postponed until ~Pednesday evening, February 27, 1952, beginning at 7:30 P.M.
