Bdeeting dates On motion by Henry, seconded by Lindig, it was voted unanimously
changed to hold regular meetings of the Council scheduled monttl.y 8nr
temporarily the second and fourth Tuesdays on the ~eendd and fourth Rfednesdays
of each month during the two.-month period when Civilian Defense
classes will be held in the Pillage Halla on Tuesdays.
Ad~ourmment: On motion the meeting ad3ourned at 12:20 A.M., Feb. 28th.

Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Lindig The Clerk presented a petition dated March 1, 1952, signed
Rezoning by 9~rs. Y`t.L. Fuller, Mrs. Neil L. Gordon, Nick Labalestra,
Request Frank Lindig, Mrs. Arthur Lindig, Arthur A. Lindig, and
Arthur A. Lindig, President, Lindig's udidway Greenhouses, Inc.,
requesting that a portion of the property at 1871 Larpenteur
Avenue hest, described in the petition and owned by Lindig's
Midway Greenhouses, Inc., be rezoned from Resid ence district "A"
to Farm Residence distriet.~
After discussion, Henry moved that the petition be accepted
and that a public hearing be held by the Council, commencing
at 8:00 P.M., March 12, 1952, on said petition, the clerk to
post notice of hearing in the three posting places of the
Village. Seconded by Shavor amt motion carried by a 4~5 vote,
Lindig not voting.
Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
