Lindig The Clerk presented a petition dated March 1, 1952, signed Rezoning by 9~rs. Y`t.L. Fuller, Mrs. Neil L. Gordon, Nick Labalestra, Request Frank Lindig, Mrs. Arthur Lindig, Arthur A. Lindig, and Arthur A. Lindig, President, Lindig's udidway Greenhouses, Inc., requesting that a portion of the property at 1871 Larpenteur Avenue hest, described in the petition and owned by Lindig's Midway Greenhouses, Inc., be rezoned from Resid ence district "A" to Farm Residence distriet.~ After discussion, Henry moved that the petition be accepted and that a public hearing be held by the Council, commencing at 8:00 P.M., March 12, 1952, on said petition, the clerk to post notice of hearing in the three posting places of the Village. Seconded by Shavor amt motion carried by a 4~5 vote, Lindig not voting. Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M. Approved: k ~~ ~ r ` ~~~~ Mayor
