Stewart, Clerk Frank N. Graham, Attorney Absent: Ralph Yan Hoven, Treasurer The Mayor declared the hearing open at 8:00 P.M. No one appeared before the Council. Henry then moved adoption of ORDINANCE N0.14, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF ORDINANCE Ordinance N0. 8. Seconded by Rekstad and the following vote taken and No. 14 reported: Ayes - Henry, Shavor, Rekstad, Stewart Not voting - Lindig Thereupon, the Mayor declared said ordinance adopted by a 4~5 vote and directed publication of same. Graham, Attorney Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.I. for the purpose of considering posting of village streets against heavy loads. Posting After discussion, and on motion by Rekstad, seconded by Shavor, Roads the following resolution was adopted unanimously: Resolution - RESOLVED, that Street Commissioner Seaborn be authorised to post Village streets for 3-tons per axle load limit for such period during soft road conditions as he deems necessary.
