Stewart, Clerk Frank N. Graham, Attorney Absent: Ralph Yan Hoven, Treasurer The Mayor declared the hearing open at 8:00 P.M. No one appeared before the Council. Henry then moved adoption of ORDINANCE N0.14, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP V9HICH IS A PART OF ORDINANCE Ordinance N0. 8. Seconded by Rekstad and the following vote taken and No. 14 reported: Ayes - Henry, Shsvor, Rekstad, Stewart Not voting - Lindig Thereupon, the Mayor declared said ordinance adopted by a 4~5 vote and directed publication of same. Graham, Attorney Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.B~i. for the purpose of considering posting of village streets against heavy loads. Posting After discussion, and on motion by Rekstad, accord ed by Shavor, Roads. the following resolution was adopted unanimously: Resolution - RESOLVED, that Street Commissioner Seaborn be authorized to post Pillage streets for 3-tons per axle load limit for such period during soft road conditions as he deems necessary.
