SPECIAL MEETING, THURSDAY, JULY 24, 1952

Meeting called to order at 11:15 P.M., following a point
meeting of School Board and Yillage and Town oflienra.
Auto In connection with proposals for insurance on the 1947
liability Ward La Francs pumper, consideration was given to a
insurance proposal for comprehensive automobile liability insurance -
a policy providing automobile liability and property
damage coverage for owned, hired or non-owned automobiles
or trucks. After discussion, Rekstad moved that the clerk
be authorised to secure said co¢nprehensive automobile
liability insurance from the Wm. H. Hite Agency, represent-
ing the Indemnity Insurance Company of North America.
Seconded by Shavor and carried unanimously.
Voting Letter from Attorney Graham, quoting Election law Sec. 205.33
Booths with referent a to required measurements of voting booths.
A rough drawing was then prepared covering the sire and
type of bad:h desired. This was referred to Trustee Rekstad
for an estimate on labor and materials for constructing
same.
Sod and After discussion, Henry moved purchase of needed sod
grading, and grading for the north 137 feet of the east aide of
north 13? ft. Yillage property at Snelling drive and Idaho Avenue.
Yillage Seconded by Rekstad and carried unanimously.
