Wilson re Letter of October 31, 1952, from Roland K. 1~ilson requesting
Iowa impvt. information on the work performed on Iowa avenue zest of Arona
and cost of same, in connection with X1,225.00 posted by Mr.
George 5. ~tiilson covering this improvement. The clerk w as
asked to check into the :natter as to costs incurred and work
performed on the project to date.

Meeting called to order at 2:00 P.M.
On motion by Lindig, seconded by Henry, the following resoltition
was adopted by a unanimous vote
RESOLUTION DESIGNAT*
ING ONE VOTING PLACE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon
Heights, in accordance with Sec. 205.25, M.S.A., that for the
Annual Village Election, December 2, 1952, one noting place,
the Village Hall, 1644 Larpenteur Avenue chest, be and it hereby
is designated for both Village election districts; namely for
election district No. 1, that portion of the Village located
west of the cea~ter line of Snelling avenue, and for election
district IVo. 2, that portion of the Village lying east of the
center line of Snelling avenue.
AND BE IT Ft7RTHER RESOLVED, that the hours of voting shall be
between 3:00 P.NI. and 8:00 P.i~. at said election.
Adjournment: On motion the meeting adjourned at 2:15 P.M.
