Piorrgard, 1288 W. Garden Avenue, covering license fee., was
presented to the Council. Rekstad moved, henry seconded,
that application of Mr. Norrgard be approved. Carried
unanimously.
Farmers Union Ytiith respect to the agreement between the Farmers Union Grain
Grain Terminal Terminal Association and the Village as to furnishing water
Assn. tiYater to the Village Mall and Nire Station. On motion by henry,
agreement. seconded by Shavor, it was voted to request renewal of the
agreement.
Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 10:45 P.M.

The mayor called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.bi.
Following statement was presented by the Clerk as to the result of
the canvas of votes for election of officers for the Village of Falcon Heights
at the Annual Village Election of December 2, 1952:
For the Office of Village Clerk -
Clyde Stewart received 41 votes
For the Office of Village Trustee -
George I. Lodahl received 39 votes
For the Office of Justice of the Peace -
Lloyd V. Riley received 39 votes
For the Uffice of Village Constable
Stan Seaborn received 5 votes
'William O'Reilly received 3 votes
~. Raymond Roy received 2 votes
Jerry Baden received 1 vote
Henry Dachtera 1 vote
Vr'illiam Lindig 1 vote
Shavor then moved, seconded by Henry, that the following be declared elected
to office:
Clyde Stewart was elected Village Clerk for a term of two years
George I. Lodahl was elected Village Trustee for a term of three years.
Adjournment:
Approved:
Lloyd V. Riley was elected Justice of the Peace for a term of two years.
Stan Seaborn was elected Village Constable for a term of two years.
Motion carried unanimously and the said candidates declared dulyYy
elected to office.
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.

Meeting celled to order at 7:45 P.M. Minutes of Regular Meeting,
November 25, 1952, and of Canvassing Board Meeting, December S, 1952, were heard
and approved as read.
Water Agreement, On motion by Lindig, seconded by Shavor, the Mayor and Clerk
Farmers Union were authorized to sign for the Pillage the original and
Graix~•iTerminal duplicate original of the agreement, dated December 27, 1952,
between the Farmers Union Grain Terminal Association and the
Village of Falcon .Heights fbr the water extension from G8A
property to the Village Hall.
Bills: On motion by Henry, seconded by Shavor, the Following bills
were ordered paid:
