Shavor, Trustee Ralph Van Hovers, Treasurer George I. Lodahl, 't'rustee Frank N. Graham, Attorsey Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. In attendance were Mr. Td. L. Hermes and his building contractor, Ivar A Johnson, 2900 Randolph Street N.E., Minneapolis; also Planning Commission members, Lorris Yiilliams, C. K. Otis and Howard Christensen. Building Inspector Howard Christensen presented application for building permit from Contractor Ivar A• Johnson, of Minneapolis, for footing and foundations only for 10$ feet of business buildings on Lots 8 and 9, The Crossroads Addition Contractor Johnson stated an additional application for completion of the buildings would be filed at the councils August 25, 1953 meeting, also at or prior to said meeting that complete plans and specifications for the proposed buildings, as well as for the general layout for development of the corner, would be submitted for the information and approval of the Planning Commission and the Council. ffidg. Permit The Crossroads Additioon. Adjournment: With this understanding and on recommendation Commission members present, Lodahl moved that inspector be authorized to issue said permit A. Johnson, of Minneapolis. Seconded by Henry unanimously. On motion, the meeting adjourned at 7:i~0 P.M. of the Planning the building to Contractor Ivar and motion carried Approved: ~- Mayor _ i 1 ..
