4~ Chairman, On motion by Henry, seconded by Lodahl, it was voted unanimously Board of to appoint Dr. Thomas K. Krezowski as Chairman, Board of Health, Health, his term of office to run until the first council meeting in appointed. 195l~. The Mayor then declared Dr. Krezowski duly appointed to office. Budget Gas At about 9:00 P.M., Mr. E.D. Larsen, 617 Rice Street, St Paul, Inspector was introduced to the council as an applicaAt for the position appointed of gas inspector. Mr. Larsen reported that he has been with the City of St Paul on this work for four years and that he is a pipefitter by trade. Proposed gas was discussed with Mr. Larsen with respect to certain sections installation that were read.. Some changes in the ordinance were suggested ordinance as to having a licensed installer for installing gas-fired incinerators, also as to extending coverage of bond of installer for one year after inspection of installation. E.D. Larsen On motion by Lodahl, seconded by Stewart, it was voted unanimously appointed to appoint E.D. Larsen gas inspector for a term expiring with Gas Inspector the first council meeting in 1951<, and the Mayor declared Mr. Larsen duly appointed to office. 1954 Budget ll~ork was then resumed on the budget with respect to completing figures on the genEral and fire maintenance funds. ~.~.
