Ordinance No. 25 The proposed ordinance was read. After discussion, Lodahl
adopted - moved adoption of Ordinance No. 25, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING t4HDINANCE
N0. 3, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BUILDING
CODE FOR THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS. Seconded by Lindig and
the following vote taken and recorded:
Ayes: Henry, Shavor, Lindig, Lodahl, Stewart
Nays: None
Ordinance No. 25 was then declared duly adopted by a unanimous
vote and publication of same was ordered.
F.D. Requisition #13 On motion by Shavor, seconded by Stewart, it was voted to
approve Requisition No. 13, covering supplies needed by the
Fire Department.
Pedestrian Cross- The council and Street Commissioner Seaborn discussed matters
walk pertaining to functioning of the pedestrian cross-walk in the
Larpenteur-Snelling business area with the view to making
improvements.

1954 After a full discussion of the various fund estimates, the
Budget following resol~ition was on motion by Lindig, seconded by
Lodahl, adopted by a unanimous vote:
Resol~tiion BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the
Village of Falcon Heights, that the following sums
be atxi they hereby are levied upon the taxable
property of the Village of Falcon Heights for the
year 1953, collectible in the year 195h:
General Fund X1,000.00
Street ~ Bridge Fund 5,000.00
Fire Protection 13,385.00
Firemen1s Relief Association ~ of one mill
