CANVASSING BOARD MEETING, WEDNESDAY, DEC. 7, 1955
Present: Robert E. Stenzinger, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; Andrew Hustrulid,
Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee; Glyde J. Stewart, Clerk. Also present -
William E. Olsen, Treasurer, and Frank N. Graham, Attorney.
In connection with the canvass of votes for election of officers for the Villa ge of
Falcon Heights, at the annual Village election, December 6, 1955, the Clerk read the
following election returns:
For the Office of Mayor -
William R. Utecht l~93 votes
Richard Weatherston 98 votes
For the Office of Village Trustee -
Harold C. Nilsen 564 votes
Harry G. Lindahl 2 votes
John Rysgaard 2 votes
Robert Stenzinger 2 votes
Donald McCoy 1 votes
For the Office of Village Treasurer -
William E. Olsen 556 votes
Donald McCoy 1 vote
For the Office of Justice of the Peace -
Donald E. Nelson 5l~8 votes
Edgar Pirie 1 vote
C. K. Otis 1 vote
For the Office of Village Constable -
Henry J. Dachtera 553 votes
Donald McCoy 1 vote

On motion by Stenzinger, seconded by Shavor, it was voted unanimously
to declare the following duly elected to offices and that the Clerk be instructed
to certify said election returns to the Ramsey County auditor:
William R. Utecht was elected Mayor for a term of two years.
Harold C. Nilsen was elected Village Trustee for a term of three years.
William E. Olsen was elected Village Treasurer for a term of trro years.
Donald E. Nelson was elected Justice of the Peace for a term of two years.
Henry J. Dachtera was elected Village Constable for a term of two years.
