Utecht, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; Harold C. Nilsen, Trustee; and Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk. Absent: David P. .Cartwright, Trustee; William E. Olsen, Treasurer; and Frank N. Graham, Attorney. Auto Club Police Officer Henry Dachtera reported that the St Paul Customs Auto Club will hold a meeting at the Village Hall, beginning at 7:30 PM., (hot rodders) April l~, 1956. Dachtera said that Captain Zeamer of the Minnesota Highway Patrol would be present, also Sheriff Gibbons and Don Arndt. Purpose of the meeting, Dachtera said, was to show what the Auto Club organization is and its interest in safe and courteous driving. Council members and the Chairman of the Police Survey committee were invited to attend. Snow fence Mayor Utecht brot up the matter of placing snow fence at the a.t drainage drainage hole, Snelling acid Idaho, so as to prevent small children hole from falling into deep water which has accumulated there. Agreed that the Street Commissioner should be asked to have the County install what Village-owned snow fence we have available, with the County furnishing any additional which may be necessary.
