Members present: Mayor Gehrz, Council members Harris, Kuettel, Lindstrom and Talbot, Finance Director Olson, Parks and Public Works Director Pittman, and Administrator Miller.
Mayor Gehrz called the workshop to order at 7:20 p.m.
1. Discussion of Falcon Heights Assessment Policy
City Administrator Miller began discussing reasons why this draft policy was brought before the city council and explained that this session was to flesh out general concepts regarding
the policy. Once there is agreement on the general items, staff will bring a more formalized policy back to the council for consideration. Examples of what the new policy would look
like in terms of individual assessments were provided. Due to time constraints, only about half of the policy was discussed, so the rest of the policy will be brought back at the March
workshop.
The workshop was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
