CANVASSING BOARD MEETING, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 1956
The Canvassing Board meeting was called to order at 11:30 P.M. Presents William
R. Utecht, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee; Harald C.
Nilsen, Trustee; Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk. Also present: Frank N. Graham, Attorney.
Absent: William E. Olsen, Treasurer.
In connection with the canvass of votes for the election of officers for the Village
of Falcon Heights, at the Annual Village election, December lt, 1956, the Clerk read
the following election returns:
For the Office of Village Trustee -

On motion by Shavor, seconded by Nilsen, it xas voted unanimously to declare
the folloxing duly elected 'office and that the Clerk be instructed to certify said
election returns to the Ramsey County Auditor:
Willis Warkentien xas elected Village Trustee for a term of three years.
Clyde J. Stewart xas elected Village Clerk for a term of two years.
Lloyd Riley xas elected Justice of the Peace far a term of txo years.
Henry J. Dachtera xas elected Village Constable for a term of two years.
Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 12:!10 midnite.
