NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
OF JANUARY 23, 1995 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

The January 23, 1995 planning commission is being cancelled. The only order of
business for the commission is to proceed with the analysis and recommendations on
the commercial development moratorium. The cancellation is necessary for two
reasons. First, and the most important, is to involve the two new commissioners
(who will be appointed starting in February, 1995) and the new council liaison, Sue
Gehrz (who is unavailable for the January meeting) in the next phase of the
commercial development moratorium at the same time and .pace as the other
commissioners. The second reason is to allow the staff more time to compile and
review materials related to the moratorium prior to presenting the information to the
commission.
Thanks for your understanding. The February 27, 1995 meeting will go ahead as
scheduled.
