Re: Cancellation of June 27, 1994 planning commission meeting
Due to an error in how the Focus published the city's notice regarding a public hearing
on garage setbacks, the planning commission will be unable to hold a public hearing
on the proposed amendments to the zoning code. Since this is the only order of
business for the June 27, 1994 meeting, the meeting has been canceled. A notice
will be posted on the city hall door and bulletin board..

The above public hearing was inadvertently published in the June 21st edition of the Focus News
in the news portion of the paper. It was not to have appeared in this section of the paper, therefore,
it is not a legal publication and the notice is not valid. This meting has been cancelled and will ba
resChet3ul~ad at a {afar date.
