Due to a shortage of staff time, the proposed comprehensive plan, zoning code
revisions and licensing requirements on the city's commercial development
moratorium will not be entirely completed by December 20. (This is partially due
to the loss of Paul Cotton's time to a local planning consultant's firm.)
Rather than hold a meeting with incomplete revisions for your review and
comment, I decided to postpone the entire agenda package to the January 24,
1994 meeting when you would be reviewing it again in a more complete form.
MEANWHILE, ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS!!.
