COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: April 23, 1997
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF A
PARCEL OF TAX FORFEIT LAND
WHEREAS, the property PIN #16-29-23-44-0035-1 is forfeited to the
State of Minnesota due to the failure of the owner to pay real estate taxes;
WHEREAS, Ramsey County classified the property as anon-conservation
U
land; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County puts tax forfeited property on public sale;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city not contest the
property classified as anon-conservation land nor request to delay the public sale of
this property.
