COUNCIL RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared a report regarding the reconstruction
of Larpenteur Avenue between Fulham Street and Cleveland Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of Larpenteur Avenue from Fulham
Street to Cleveland Avenue in accordance to the feasibility reports prepared by
Ramsey County. The council will also consider the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of 53,518,393.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day
of July, 1997, in the council chambers of city hall at 7:10 p.m. and the clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
Adopted by the council this 25th day of June, 1997.
