RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR 1998 LARPENTEUR AVENUE
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the city council adopted July 23, 1997, a
report has been prepared by Howard R. Green Consulting Engineers with reference to the
improvement of Larpenteur Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to St. Mary's Street and this
report was received by the council on August 13, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON
HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA:
The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at as estimated total
• cost of the improvement of 53,000,000.00.
Adopted by the council this 13th day of August, 1997.
