COUNCIL RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF THE 1998 LARPENTEUR AVENUE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 23rd day
of July, 1997, fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement
of Larpenteur Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to St. Mary's Street;
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of
the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of August,
1997, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the feasibility study
received by the city council on August 13, 1997.
