RESOLUTION APPROVING RAMSEY COUNTY PLANS
FOR THE 1998 UPGRADE OF LARPENTEUR AVENUE

No. 97-36
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared plans for the improvement of
Larpenteur Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to St. Mary's Street, and has presented
such plans to the city council for approval; and
WHEREAS, there have been numerous information meetings and
opportunities for public input concerning the preparation of these plans;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota:
1. Such plans, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
