RESOLUTION APPROVING RAMSEY COUNTY PLANS
FOR THE UPGRADE OF LARPENTEUR AVENUE

No. 96-15
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared plans for the improvement of
Larpenteur Avenue from the west city limits to just east of Cleveland Avenue, and has
presented such plans to the city council for approval; and
WHEREAS, there have been numerous information meetings and
opportunities for public input concerning the preparation of these plans;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota:
1. Such plans, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, are hereby approved.
