COUNCIL RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1997 BUDGET AND
CERTIFYING THE 1997 TAX LEVY
•
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights that
the General Operating Budget for the year 1997 in the amount of $1,209,143 is
adopted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city council authorizes the city to
levy taxes in the amount of 5577,309 for the year 1997; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the county auditor should extend the
tax levy in the amount of 5577,309 for the year 1997.
