ARESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR THE CITY OF
FALCON HEIGHTS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights that
the following financial institutions be designated as depositories for funds of the
City of Falcon Heights:
Northstar State Bank
First Bank
Firstar Bank of N.A.
Norwest Bank of Minnesota N.A. St. Paul Office
Firstar Bank of Roseville
• Dain Bosworth, Incorporated
Smith Barney, Incorporated
Edward D. Jones
FBS Investment Services
Dean Witter Reynolds, Incorporated
Prudential Investment
Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M) and Municipal Investors
Service Corporation
Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fennera and Smith
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the administrator or designee is authorized to
deposit general and other funds therein. Collateral shall be furnished by the
financial institutions as required by law.
