ARESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT
WHERAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted October 26, 1994, a report has
been prepared by the city engineer with reference to the improvement of the following alleys:
• Between Larpenteur Avenue and California Avenue
- Arona Street to Pascal Street
- Pascal Street to Albert Street
• Between California Avenue and Idaho Avenue
- Arona Street to Pascal Street
- Pascal Street to Albert Street
• Between Idaho Avenue and Iowa Avenue
• -Pascal Street to Albert Street
WHEREAS, this report was received by the city council on October 26, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutues Chapter 429 at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of S 143,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the eighth day
of February, 1995 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:10 p.m. and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
