A RESOLU°#1ON ACCEPTING BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvements of the
following alleys:
• " Between Larpenteur Avenue and California Avenue
- Arona Street to Pascal Street
- Pascal Street to Albert Street
• Between California Avenue and Idaho Avenue
- Arona Street to Pascal Street
- Pascal Street to Albert Street
• • Between Idaho Avenue and Iowa Avenue
- Pascal Street to Albert Street
bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:
F.M. Frattalone 5111,306.55
Valley Paving, Inc. 5121,910.50
Barber Construction 5125,892.00
Master Asphalt Company 5135,055.10
Tower Asphalt, Inc. 5148,960.00
Hard Drives, Inc. 5149,244.45
Ashback Construction Company 5152,401.05
Bituminous Consulting and Contracting 5153,006.81
Bituminous Roadways, Inc. 5211,034.50
AND WHEREAS, it appears that F.M. Frattalone is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
F.M. Frattalone in the name of the City of Falcon Heights for the improvement of the
• above-named alleys according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by
the city council and on file in the office of the city clerk.

2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith the all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except the deposits of the successful bidder and the
next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
