COUNCIL RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996 BUDGET AND
CERTIFYING THE 1996 TAX LEVY
•
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights that
the General Operating Budget for the year 1996 in the amount of 51,134,690 is
adopted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city council authorizes the city to
levy taxes in the amount of 5549,081 for the year 1996; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the county auditor should extend the
tax levy in the amount of 5549,081 for the year 1996.
