C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: Feb. 9, 1994
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 1994 STREET SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is the practice of the City Council of the City of
Falcon heights to perform routine seal coating maintenance on one-quarter
of the streets within the city annually; and
WHEREAS, the five year street improvement program indicates that
1994 seal coating improvement should encompass the northeast quarter of the
city;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights, Minnesota:
•
1. MSA Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as project
engineer for the 1994 street seal coating improvement
project. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of the improvement.
