C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: Feb. 23, 1994
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AT FALCON HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
1393 GARDEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on February 9, 1994 the city council received a petition
from the Roseville Independent School District #623, the property owner of
1393 Garden Avenue, petitioning the city council to assess the school
district for certain improvements, including parking, storm sewer and
sidewalk, at Falcon Heights Elementary School at 1393 Garden Avenue;
AND WHEREAS, on February 9, 1994 the city council authorized the
mayor to enter into an agreement with the Roseville Independent School
District #623 for financing and assessing these improvements not to exceed
$250,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of Falcon
. Heights, Minnesota:
1. That the petition from the Roseville Independent School
District Number 623 represents all property owners abutting
upon that portion of Garden Avenue named in the petition as the
location of the improvements.
2. That the Roseville Independent School District Number 623 has
requested the entire cost of the improvements to be assessed
against its property.
3. The improvements for Falcon Heights Elementary School at 1393
Garden Avenue are hereby ordered, in accordance with the plans
and specifications on file with the city clerk and subject to
all terms and conditions in the Cooperative Agreement between
the Roseville Independent School District Number 623 and the
city.
