COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: Sept. 28, 1994
RESOLUTION CLOSING THE 1984 TAX INCREMENT DEBT SERVICE
ACCOUNT AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO THE TIF CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the final debt service payment was made for the TIF bonds
for the 1984 tax increment district; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to close and transfer any remaining funds in
the account to the TIF #1 construction fund;
• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the 1984 tax increment debt service account #305
be closed and remaining funds be transferred to the TIF #1 construction
fund account #412.
