RESOLUTION ASSIGNING NEW PIN NUMBERS TO CERTAIN PARCELS IN
THE UNIVERSITY GROVE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the University Grove subdivision was replatted; and
WHEREAS, four of the parcels involved in the replatting that have new
pin numbers were assessed for the 1993 street project under the old pin
numbers; and
WHEREAS, in order to collect the assessments the city must assign the
assessment to the new pin number;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights assigns the assessment to the new pin numbers for the
following parcels:
Old Pin

20-29-23-11-0247-1
20-29-23-11-0243-9
20-29-23-11-0242-6
New Pin
20-29-23-1 1-0260-4
20-29-23-1 1-0261-7
