COUNCIL RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE 1994 DEBT LEVY ON
GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT
•
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Falcon Heights has funds on
hand in the Debt Service Funds in the amount of 5131,000.00; and
WHEREAS, this amount is strictly reserved for the debt payment on the
General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1993, and General Obligation Improvement
Bonds of 1991.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the following be removed from the 1995 tax levy:
G.O. Improvement Bonds 1993 5108,700.00
G.O. Improvement Bonds 1991 22,300.00
TOTAL REDUCTION: 5131,000.00
