DESIGNATION OF ST. ANTHONY POLICE OFFICERS AS
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS FOR FALCON HEIGHTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota (the "city") as follows:
WHEREAS, on July 1 1, 1994, a contract for police service made between
the City of St. Anthony and Falcon Heights, both of which are municipal corporations;
was officially adopted by the Falcon Heights city council. This contract is effective
upon the first day of January, 1995, at 12:01 A.M. and
• IN ACCORDANCE with Section 16 of the contract for police service, as
approved, Designation of St. Anthony Police Officers as Falcon Heights Officers.
All members of the St. Anthony Police Department are hereby
designated by the City of Falcon heights, as duly appointed
police officers of Falcon Heights, authorized to act on all
law enforcement matters within the limits of Falcon Heights
in the same manner and to the same extent as though they were
employees of Falcon heights. St. Anthony shall provide Falcon
Heights, from time to time, with the names of the members of
the St. Anthony Police Department.
