RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Falcon Heights enter into a cooperative
agreement with the Office of Drug Policy and Violence Prevention in the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety for the project entitled Community Crime Prevention
during the period from January 1, 1995 through December 31, 1996.
WHEREAS, Tom Baldwin is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of
the City of Falcon Heights.
