A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY
FOR THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY
OF FALCON HEIGHTS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated
as depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, and the
Administrator or Designee is authorized to deposit general and other
funds therein. Collateral shall be furnished by the North Star State Bank as
required by law.
