HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_93-09R-93-09 • RESOLUTION CALLIlVG OUTSTANDIlVG GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX IlVCREMENT BONDS OF 1985, SERIES B FOR REDEMP'ITON BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: 1. The City has issued and has presently outstanding its General Obligation Tax Inczement Bonds of 1985, Series B, dated as of December 1, 1985 (the "Bonds"). 2 The Bonds maturing in the years 1994 and 1995 are subject to redemption and prepayment on March 1, 1993, and it is hereby determined to call all of the Bonds maturing in the years 1994 and 1995, for redemption and prepayment on March 1,1993 in accordance with their terms. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to take all actions necessary to provide for such redemption and prepayment of the Bonds maturing in the years 1994 and 1995 on March 1, 1993, and all actions taken to date by the officers of the City in connection with such redemption and prepayment of the Bonds is hereby ratified. and affirmed. Bondholders presenting their bonds for payment must include -their Taxpayer Identification Number on Form W-9 to avoid withholding under the Interest and Dividend Tax Compliance Act.. Member Susan Gehrz was absent whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, and was approved and signed by the Mayor, whose signature was attested by the City Clerk. •
