HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_93-13RESOLUTION 93- 13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON IlViPROV'I:MENT ON THE MATTER OF THE 1993 STREET IMPROVEMENTS Wf~REAS, pursuant to resolution to the Council adopted September 23, 1992, a report has been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., with reference to the improvement of the following described streets: Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue Northrup Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Hoyt Avenue Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street • Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue Hoyt Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue And this report was received by the Council on November 25, 1992. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, 11~IINNFSOTA: .1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $989,200. ~ _ . 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of March, 1993, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p. m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
