RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR 1547 W. LARPENTEUR AVENUE

On March 10, 1993 the city council, on the recommendation of the planning
commission, approved a conditional use permit under Section 9-10.01 [2]
(d) of the zoning code to allow the installation of a 6 foot satellite
dish antenna at the rear of 1547 W. Larpenteur Avenue, subject to the
following conditions:
a. That the antenna mounting hardware be designed and
installed to withstand wind speeds at least as high
as the design standards of the antenna itself;
b. That the antenna and all mounting hardware must be
maintained in a safe and operable condition, and;
c. That no portion of the antenna or its mounting hard-
ware directly overhang the alley.
The council adopted the following findings for granting the conditional
use permit for 1547 W. Larpenteur:
a. That the antenna is a permitted conditional use under
Section 9-10.01 [2] (d) of the zoning code, and;
b. That the granting of the conditional use permit will
not adversely affect the health, safety, convenience,
comfort or welfare of the occupants of surrounding
lands.
