A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
V'VI~REAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 10th day of February, 1993, fixed a date for
the Council Hearing on the proposed improvement of:
Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Northrup Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Hoyt Avenue
Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue
Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street
Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue
Hoyt Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue
• AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given,
and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of March, 1993, at which all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 10th day of
March, 1993.
Adopted by the Council this 10th day of March, 1993.
